Fury as mock TERROR attack is staged at London awards ceremony – on anniversary of Westminster killings By Brittany Vonow AN awards ceremony has been slammed after staging a mock terror attack - on the anniversary of the Westminster killings. The "entertainment" featured foul-mouthed hosting encapsulated violence, bullying, placing individuals under duress and crass gender-stereotyping. Crowds were left "visibly disturbed" by the supposed entertainment at the UK Rail Industry Awards with winners since returning their awards in protest. Five people died on March 22 last year after sick terrorist Khalid Masood ploughed through crowds on Westminster Bridge before stabbing a police officer. Attendees of the event also said they were upset as women paraded around in provocative leather outfits. The National Training Academy for Rail also spoke out, with Simon Rennie, General Manager, saying there had been serious "poor judgment". Network Rail and Chiltern Railways announced they will boycott next year's event after the grossly out of touch entertainment. I will comment on Breanna and Mathew's news stories.
